1.

Treasurer’s Report

Account balance is $4,693.96. We will be receiving profits from Scentsy fundraiser (Approx $1,300) and $2,100 will be taken out for logo wear. Still have $97.14 credit at Yokes. Approximately $174 was spent on storage and food for the move.

2.

Christmas Program Candy Canes

Candy canes will be provided by the Booster Club to pass out to the kids at the end of each program. Someone will check to see if we can get a deal at URM. It was decided that this would be an easier and less messy idea than the original plan of the Booster Club providing cookies.

3.

 Family Western Night Fundraiser

Friday, February 3rd from 6-8pm. Anna DeGraaf is in charge of marketing. Susan Middlemas is in charge of the western themed decorations. Amanda Haan is in charge of the store. Tammi White is going to look in to having square dancers or square dancing music. She will also ask Dorian if they have a backdrop we can borrow for photos. Jennie Osborne and Michelle Granrud are in charge of food. Jennie is going to talk to Texas Roadhouse to see if they will cater. Jeanette Allwardt is in charge of games. We still need a volunteer to take photos.

4.

Plans for our money

It was decided that the Booster Club will use its’ money to buy new chairs for the band. The remaining money will be put toward the finishing of the gym.
